Spring Ridge consists of 149 single family attached homes. We are not condominiums or an “Over 55” subdivision. Our residents agree to a framework of rules to maintain the attractive appearance and property values of our development. It is every residents' responsibility to be fully knowledgable of all that's contained under the Governing Documents tab on this website.

Meeting Minutes: Minutes from the August 19th SRHOA Annual Meeting are now available to homeowners in the For Residents section of the website under Board Meeting Minutes. The August Budget Report is also now available in the For Residents section under Budgets.

 

Landscape Damaged Tree Update:  The HOA lost about 15 trees from the August storm. Some were small, ornamental trees in front lawns and some were larger, deciduous trees in back areas or the woods. Some of the damaged trees also caused damage to nearby utility boxes necessitating the removal of screening yews. The utility boxes need to be “leveled” before anything can be replanted. The HOA is working to determine which utility is responsible for which box in order to request their assistance. The HOA will work with BGI in the spring to determine screening options for the boxes and next steps for the trees. We apologize that a permanent, more attractive solution isn’t possible until spring. Updates will be provided to everyone when we have additional information. THANK YOU for your patience.

Policies are updated periodically so always check the website to be sure you have the latest information. Recent updates have been made to nearly all policies, so please take a look!

 

New Homeowner Document: Homeowners' Responsibilities have been outlined in detail in the document linked below. Please make note of these details to clarify responsibilities between the HOA and an individual homeowner.

 

Electronic Submissions: To submit ACC forms, photos or updated insurance declaration pages to the HOA, please send them as an email attachment to web_admin@springridgevillas.org (note it is web_admin). Include your street address and the appropriate reference (ACC form, declaration page, etc.) in the subject line. The webmaster will then forward the information to the appropriate HOA Board member or Committee Chair. Paper copies are no longer required.
