The HOA Annual Meeting will be held on August 19 at 1:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church. Meetings are currently taking place with the new HOA attorney, Farnsworth Group, BGI and a Management Company. We will be sharing what we learn, as well as our plans and recommendations at the Annual Meeting. We hope you will plan to attend.

Spring Ridge consists of 149 single family attached homes. We are not condominiums or an “Over 55” subdivision. Our residents agree to a framework of rules to maintain the attractive appearance and property values of our development. It is every residents' responsibility to be fully knowledgable of all that's contained under the Governing Documents tab on this website.
