Welcome to Spring Ridge

 

Spring Ridge consists of 149 single family attached homes. We are not condominiums or an “Over 55” subdivision. Our residents agree to a framework of rules to maintain the attractive appearance and property values of our development. It is every residents' responsibility to be fully knowledgable of all that's contained under the Governing Documents tab on this website. 

 

The Board has decided to move to a quarterly meeting schedule for the coming year, beginning Wednesday, November 18, 2026. The meeting will be held from 3:30–5:30 p.m. in Community Room 3 at the Bloomington Public Library, 205 E. Olive St.
 
The change from our previous monthly meeting schedule, time, and location is intended to make meetings more accessible to residents by providing additional space for attendees and accommodating Board members and homeowners who may not be available during the traditional workday. An agenda will be distributed prior to the meeting.

Voting Results: Thank you to the 126 (out of 149 homeowners) Spring Ridge homeowners who cast their ballots in the recent vote. Providing a variety of methods for people to submit them seemed to result in a better turn out as even those who were out of town were able to vote.  It was not without a few challenges, so thank you for your efforts. Results and a summary of next steps can be found here. 

 

Infrastructure Information Now Available: The detailed maps and listings of the pavement review completed recently by Farnsworth Group and GGI are now available on the website under For Residents/Infrastructure Resources. Please take time to review this important information and submit any questions through Contact SRHOA. 

 

Landscape Damaged Tree Update:  The HOA lost about 15 trees from the August storm. Some were small, ornamental trees in front lawns and some were larger, deciduous trees in back areas or the woods. Some of the damaged trees also caused damage to nearby utility boxes necessitating the removal of screening yews. The utility boxes need to be “leveled” before anything can be replanted. The HOA is working to determine which utility is responsible for which box in order to request their assistance. The HOA will work with BGI in the spring to determine screening options for the boxes and next steps for the trees. We apologize that a permanent, more attractive solution isn’t possible until spring. Updates will be provided to everyone when we have additional information. THANK YOU for your patience.

Policies are updated periodically so always check the website to be sure you have the latest information. Recent updates have been made to nearly all policies, so please take a look!

 

New Homeowner Document: Homeowners' Responsibilities have been outlined in detail in the document linked below. Please make note of these details to clarify responsibilities between the HOA and an individual homeowner.

 

Electronic Submissions: To submit ACC forms, photos or updated insurance declaration pages to the HOA, please send them as an email attachment to web_admin@springridgevillas.org (note it is web_admin). Include your street address and the appropriate reference (ACC form, declaration page, etc.) in the subject line. The webmaster will then forward the information to the appropriate HOA Board member or Committee Chair. Paper copies are no longer required.
