Home Alterations and Maintenance

The Spring Ridge Homeowners Association (SRHOA), which consists of all of its residents, seeks to maintain a high level of community appearance, quality of life, and property value through its Covenants, Rules & Regulations, and Policies. Interior alterations to homes do not specifically require any approvals from the SRHOA. Exterior alterations require compliance with the SRHOA Covenants and Policies, and require a formal Architectural Control Committee (ACC) application and approval unless specifically stated as an exemption. Please review the relevant Covenants and Policies prior to  planning any exterior work. The documents listed here provide ACC policies and maintenance suggestions. Since these documents may be updated occasionally, it is suggested that you only print pages relevant to your current project and refer back to them for future projects. Alterations not conforming to SRHOA Covenants, Rules & Regulations, and/or Policies may be required to be corrected.
