This page contains links to the current Spring Ridge ACC Exterior Alteration Policies. All of them require the following to be submitted by email only to the ACC Chair at least two weeks prior to any work beginning:

1. Hold Harmless Agreement - signed by all parties
2. Alteration/Modification Application  - contractor drawings /diagrams may be required, as well as pictures of any new projects or products being proposed. ACC will not research products.
