ACC EXTERIOR ALTERATION POLICY HANDBOOK
The earliest Spring Ridge units were built in the year 2000. As needs for exterior maintenance of units arise, it is our Association's goal to maintain consistent and attractive exterior appearance among all units. Unit owners are responsible for maintenance and repair of unit exteriors. We intend these guidelines and procedures to be helpful to owners in accomplishing needed maintenance according to Association standards. Our Covenants do provide SRHOA with remedies in situations where a unit owner does not adequately maintain the unit exterior. The following are the current SR ACC exterior alteration policies. We suggest that you first familiarize yourself with the "General Exterior Maintenance Procedures" before reviewing a specific policy.
